Summer Reading Challenge

Welcome to Ms Sara Making Noise IVPL members! There’s a lot of stuff on this blog for you to read to keep up with Ms. Sara. If you’re here to find out more information about our Summer Reading Challenge you’ve come to the right place. Here’s how it works:

1. Sign up for summer reading here: https://sites.google.com/a/ivpl.org/summer-reading/ You can also sign up in the library, but please note, you have to sign up online to be part of the challenge (no paper registrations qualify).

2. Keep track of your books and minutes as you read all summer.

3. Come to our awesome and fun programs.

4. Follow this blog or @IVPLKids on Twitter to see how many  minutes Ms. Sara has read and how many  books Mrs. Janson has read. We are your competition.

5. If you have read more minutes or books than us, as of August 31, you will be invited to an ice cream party in September. You will be contacted, either by email, phone, or mail if you are invited to the party. If you aren’t sure, give us a call after Aug. 31.

6. * Non-Library members who are children under the age of 15 in my life will be invited to have ice cream with me and Andrew (sponsored by Andrew 🙂 )if they can prove they read more  minutes than I did this summer. Just have Mom or Dad send me an email if you want to compete 🙂

7. Any questions, comments, concerns can be placed via email @ sfigueroa@ivpl.org.

Bring it on kids!

Hm…pretty sure Pays can beat your minutes…challenge on! 🙂

  2. Love it! The Rodebaugh boys are in, too! Should be a fun ice cream party when they all beat me 🙂
